RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

What is your returns policy?

We want you our valued customers to be happy with your purchase so we will be happy to exchange unworn product in its original condition, within 60 days of the delivery date, accompanied by the original receipt. The shoe box must accompany the product on return.

 

What if the product is faulty?

At Curvy Plus, we stand by the quality of our products. Should you receive a product with any defect, please visit our store with the product and ask to speak with the manager. Alternatively, you can return the product to us by post. Please return the faulty product to Curvy Plus at 87 Queens Road Panmure Auckland 1072. We will gladly replace the product or we will offer you a store voucher. The delivery fee however is not refundable.

 

Can I return product purchased online to a store?

You can return and exchange a product to our store, providing all the terms and conditions of our returns policy have been met.

We do not guarantee the availability of sizes or styles at our retail store but you can exchange it with other items in store or we can customize the order for you. You may be offered a store voucher as well in case should you want to use at another time.

 

How long does it take to process a return by post?

We will process your return/exchange within 5 business days on receipt of your parcel. We will not accept any responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned. We recommend you use a Courier service that provides tracking and delivery to our store. Courier costs however are not refundable but any exchanges will be sent to the customer free of charge.
